ShowcaseHub is an online platform with offices based in New York that allows performing artists to gain expert feedback against videos of their unique talent or choreographed routine. A capture of said performance is uploaded to the website where industry professionals then critique and examine the recording, allowing prospective and established performers alike to hone their craft.


The brief for the new ShowcaseHub logo was published as a design competition project in 2018. Our proposal was chosen as the winning design after review by the team at ShowcaseHub, as well as taking the submission to a panel of prospective clients as a focus group. Our design is centred around a gradiented red motif, subtly representative of a 'speech bubble' shape to reflect the feedback element of ShowcaseHub with an S cut into the negative space. The logo can work on both light and dark backgrounds as well as over images and video as a standalone motif, as exhibited here in our 'dancer' presentation.
