The PinPoint Test is designed to optimise NHS urgent cancer referral pathways, developed using machine learning to analyse data from hundreds of thousands of patients collected over a decade. The test outputs a single number: the chance that a patient has cancer.

Having noted our previous medical animation work with clients like DocAbode and the NHS, PinPoint CEO Giles Tully reached out to create an animated explainer for their groundbreaking product. Working closely with Giles and his fantastic team, we distilled PinPoint's vision into a narrative, script, distinctive illustrative style and animated composition. The voiceover, delivered by PinPoint's own Dr. Rosie Ferguson and Dr. Katherine Lloyd, was accompanied by illustrated characters to match their likeness in person.

The animation proved to be a catalyst for PinPoint's success, helping secure crucial opportunities and showcasing their leadership in early cancer detection technologies.
