EODF is professional organisation design community that catalyses insight and inspiration for impact with a mission to build and advance the community, practice, and strategic role of Organisation Design.

Earlier this year our friends at Fat Panda were tasked with breathing new life into the organisation and asked us to support them in the creative & branding aspects of a wider project.

Our involvement began with a new EODF logo, drawing inspiration from their existing brand and focus on sustainability, business growth and interdisciplinary collaboration. The client requested a minimal, abstract interpretation of these themes accompanied by a revitalised colour palette and contemporary typography.

From there we developed a comprehensive brand guide and accompanying designs for social media, presentations, event promotion and on-the-day collateral. Liberal use of vivid gradients and the signature palette gives the brand a distinctive style, ensuring continuity across printed and digital communications.

Experimental logo treatments further expand the identity, showing how the iconic logo design might be applied in new and interesting formats.

Wrangling the strategic and technical foundations of this brief, the team at Fat Panda used these creative assets to develop a new EODF website, newsletters, publications and email templates.
