This slick explainer animation was created for the University of Huddersfield in collaboration with Fat Panda (formerly Fifth Planet Productions). The project describes a new internal IT system and intranet for students and staff across campus, and has been distributed on large-format displays throughout the institution.

Our approach for this project began with a clean, lineal style of illustration in keeping with existing promotional material surrounding the new system. A colour palette was provided and expanded accordingly, using rich, saturated tones of contrasting blue, white and orange to ensure a uniform look throughout. The animation applies a consistent style of fluid, eased motion design from start to finish, making the movement in each scene as well as the transitions between each section appear smooth and well-paced.
