ASIO is a brand associated with wisdom, symbolised through imagery of an owl throughout their identity.


The client initially wanted to explore the idea of either an iris or camera aperture within the logo, but as the project developed we established a simpler approach. Our logo design for ASIO is based on a monoline construction, expanded to create super-fat, bubble-like text via a 100pt stroke. This resulted in a bold, unique identity which sits beautifully alongside the complex and majestic background photography of their owl mascot.
