We are a small but mighty creative studio.

From our independent studio in Yorkshire, we collaborate with businesses across the UK and around the world to craft bespoke branding, animation and print designed to build human connection.

Featured Projects

University College London

In a digital space designed to capture attention at all costs, understanding the mechanics behind our screens is vital. In partnership with Fat Panda we crafted a bold, punchy explainer for UCL and UKRI that breaks down the "attention economy". Combining hypnotic visuals, retro motifs, striking gradients and grungy textures, the piece serves as a reminder to step away and think critically about the digital content we consume.

Royal College of Music

Royal College of Music's HEartS project explored the impact of the arts and culture on health and wellbeing from individual, social, and economic perspectives. In partnership with Fat Panda we delivered four distinct animations to translate academic research into an empathetic, highly accessible, character-driven visual narrative.Using minimalist geometric shapes imbued with distinct emotional personalities, the complete series provides a comforting visual to map out how creative practices act as vital pillars for psychological health, structured across four targeted films:1. Mental Wellbeing & Resilience
Illustrates the mechanics of resilience showing how creative outlets like music, drawing and dance help us process and express difficult emotions when words fail.
2. Relaxation & Respite
Introduces "artistic self-care" as a boundary against constant pressure, showing how escaping into imaginative worlds like reading, gaming, or film allows the mind to recharge.
3. Community & Social Connection
Visualises the social perspective of the research, illustrating how collective cultural activities break down isolation and foster a sense of belonging.
4. Cultural Ecosystem & Value
Takes a macro look at the broader landscape, demonstrating the individual and economic value of keeping arts accessible as a fundamental asset to public health.

NHS Digital Weight Management Programme

Obesity costs the NHS an estimated £6.5 billion annually as the second largest preventable cause of cancer. To drive awareness and engagement for the nationwide NHS Digital Weight Management Programme, NHS Prevention commissioned us to deliver a comprehensive, two-part animation campaign alongside supporting digital collateral:1. Campaign & Eligibility
An awareness-driven explainer featured on the NHS England website and social channels, introduces the free 12-week plan and simplifies complex entry requirements such as varying BMI thresholds for different ethnic backgrounds.
2. Onboarding & Patient Walkthrough
A 90-second welcome video designed to reduce friction post-referral, guiding users through the digital sign-up process, selection of health providers, features of the app and what to expect from the program.
Beyond the main films, we expanded the visual system into a user-friendly patient information poster on tracking weight accurately, as well as a suite of digital screensavers highlighting success stories from programme alumni. This highly praised collaboration successfully transformed a clinical initiative into an encouraging, manageable lifestyle journey.

Speed Collective

Our brand identity project for Speed Collective Owners Club breathed new life into the exotic auto enthusiasts group. We set out to capture the essence of speed and a classic race-graphics style while giving the club a fresh coat of paint. Custom typography inspired by the curves of a race circuit, paired with vibrant Pantone 13-0630 TN "Safety Yellow", our designs injected a bold signature style into the club's stationary layouts.

Tail Traker

The Tail Traker app connects users with rated pet-related services in their area. The platform unites the convenience of modern technology with a real-time database of services in pet care, shopping, convenience services and veterinary appointments. Our winning design for the Tail Traker logo contest combines a lineal dog motif with a location pointer icon. The client loved our design, fast-tracked it to the number one spot and was eager to start exploring their exciting new brand.

NHS Latent Tuberculosis

Latent TB quietly affects one quarter of the world's population. It doesn't make you ill and you won't know you have it until you get tested. However, 1 in 10 people with Latent TB will develop active TB disease and the consequences can be severe. We recently had the privilege of working with NHS Prevention to shed light on Latent Tuberculosis through an engaging explainer animation. Our mission was to demystify an otherwise complex and lesser-known topic by creating an attention-grabbing explainer, starring a diverse cast of illustrated characters in the NHS palette. The resulting animation found its place on the NHS England website and gained traction on various social media platforms. The characters and distinctive style of our animation have since been adapted into a series of print designs, developing sub-brand identity around Latent TB awareness.

Impryne

Designing a captivating visual identity for print-on-demand enterprise Impryne, explored the concept of 'old school cool' with an urban twist. The project's focal point is its distinctive custom wordmark in a bold serif style, echoing the aesthetics of classic design while infusing the brand with a contemporary edge. This reflects Impryne's range and versatility, encompassing a wealth of merchandise from notebooks and stationery to streetwear such as hoodies, caps and tees. One of the standout brand assets is a distorted typography design created by printing their slogan, "Impression that Inspires," then feeding it back into a flatbed scanner while manipulating the printout by hand to create a warped effect. Acid-style illustrations complement the identity and emphasise its 'new vintage' aesthetic, perfect for stickers and enamel pins. The resulting brand simultaneously radiates nostalgia and innovation, embodying an old-school vibe with contemporary flair.

EODF

EODF is professional organisation design community that catalyses insight and inspiration for impact with a mission to build and advance the community, practice, and strategic role of Organisation Design.Last year our friends at Fat Panda asked us to support them in the creative & branding aspects of a wider project. Our involvement began with a new EODF logo, drawing inspiration from their existing brand and focus on sustainability, business growth and interdisciplinary collaboration. The client requested a minimal, abstract interpretation of these themes accompanied by a revitalised colour palette and contemporary typography. From there we developed a comprehensive brand guide and accompanying designs for social media, presentations, event promotion and on-the-day collateral. Liberal use of vivid gradients and the signature palette gives the brand a distinctive style, ensuring continuity across printed and digital communications.

Kind & Stone

"Our mission is, and always has been, to create beautiful products founded on kindness and its power to uplift others. That’s why 100% of our bracelets are made by the hands of amazing women, many of whom are refugees, and every purchase helps them build a brighter future."We had the opportunity to work with Kind & Stone founders Rachel and Brett to design the new look & feel of their ethical jewellery company in Utah. Kind & Stone create and sell hand-made beaded jewellery made from semi-precious stones, gems and natural materials. Our design applies a simple, lineal motif surround clean sans-serif typography offset to reflect the imperfections found in nature and natural shapes. A palette of greens and soft complimentary tones round out the calming aesthetic of the identity, now applied across Kind & Stone's printed and online presence.
